These terms cover every app published by Faay Tech, and our apps are not alike. Some are free and work entirely offline; others have accounts, subscriptions or ads. Sections below are written by feature and say when they apply — a section about accounts means nothing for an app that has none.
Nothing here takes away a consumer right you have by law where you live. Where a term below conflicts with such a right, the right wins and the rest of these terms still stand.
By downloading or using one of our apps you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. If you are using an app on behalf of a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
Our Privacy Policy explains what each kind of app does with data and forms part of this agreement.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for as long as you follow these terms. We keep ownership of the app itself, its code, its design and its name.
You may not copy, sell, rent or sublicense the app; reverse-engineer or decompile it except to the extent the law says you may; strip out or change notices in it; or use it to build a competing product from its code.
Where an app has accounts, you are responsible for what happens under yours and for keeping your password to yourself. Give accurate details and keep them current. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using your account. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live; our apps are not for children under 13.
You can close your account at any time from inside the app where that option exists, or by writing to us. Closing it deletes the data attached to it, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not use an app to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to upload content you have no right to. Do not attempt to gain access to parts of a service you are not meant to reach, disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or get around its limits, its purchase checks or its rate limits. Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to a person or organisation.
What you create in an app stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.
Where an app syncs or publishes content through a service of ours, you give us only the permission needed to operate that feature for you — to store, copy and transmit the content so the app can show it back to you or to the people you shared it with. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account. Where you publish something to other users, the permission lasts as long as it stays published. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.
You are responsible for the content you put in. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.
Some apps are entirely free. Others are free with an optional paid tier that unlocks additional features. Which features are free and which are paid is shown in the app before you buy, and can change for future releases — we will not take away a feature you have already paid for.
Subscriptions are sold and billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not shorten the period you already paid for, and you keep the paid features until that period runs out.
You cancel in the store, not in the app: on iOS in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; on Android in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions. We cannot cancel a subscription for you.
Some apps sell a one-time purchase instead of, or alongside, a subscription. It is charged once, does not renew, and needs no cancelling. It is tied to the store account that bought it and can be restored on another device signed in to that account.
Where such a purchase is described as lasting indefinitely, that means for as long as we publish and support that app on that platform — it is not a promise that any app will be published forever. If we ever discontinue an app, we will say so in advance in the app.
Where a free trial is offered, it is granted by the store, once per account, and it applies to the plan you started it on. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription automatically at the price shown when you started it. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing.
Refunds are handled by the store that took your money, under that store’s own policy. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: the Play Store order history, or Google’s refund request form. We cannot issue a refund for a store purchase ourselves, though you are welcome to write to us if something went wrong and we will help where we can. Consumer withdrawal rights that apply where you live are unaffected.
We may change prices for future purchases and future renewals. For a subscription you already hold, the store will notify you of a price increase and, where the rules require it, ask you to agree before it takes effect; if you do not agree, the subscription simply does not renew. A price change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for or to a one-time purchase you already made.
Where an app helps you record, plan or decide something — money, travel, health-adjacent habits, anything of that kind — it is a tool, not advice. We are not your financial, legal, tax, medical or professional adviser, and nothing an app calculates, projects or suggests is a recommendation. Figures an app produces depend entirely on what you entered; check anything that matters before acting on it, and take professional advice where the decision warrants it.
Several of our apps keep everything on your device and have no server. For those apps, your data exists only where your device keeps it: if you lose the device, reset it, or uninstall the app, the data goes with it and we have no copy to restore. Where an app can export a backup, keeping one somewhere safe is worth doing.
Where an app does sync to a service of ours or to storage of your own, we take reasonable care, but no storage is infallible and you should still keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Our apps rely on services we do not control — the app stores, platform services, and, in some apps, reference sites or other providers. Their terms apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for them. If one of them changes or stops, a feature that depends on it may change or stop with it.
We may update an app, change how a feature works, or stop offering one. We may stop publishing an app entirely. We aim to give notice of anything significant, in the app or at this address. We do not promise an app will be available without interruption or free of faults, and an old version may stop working when the operating system or a service it depends on changes.
You can end it at any time by deleting the app and, where you have one, closing your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the app. Where we end your access without you having broken these terms, and you have paid for a period you can no longer use, write to us.
Ending the agreement does not cancel a subscription with the store — cancel that in the store, or it keeps billing.
Our apps are provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that an app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every attack, or fit for a particular purpose of yours. Some jurisdictions do not allow such exclusions; where that is so, this section applies only as far as it lawfully can, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or loss you could have avoided by keeping your own backup. Where we are liable, our total liability for any claim connected with an app is limited to what you paid us for that app in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to a nominal amount.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
This agreement is between you and Faay Tech. It is not with Apple or Google, and neither of them is responsible for an app or its content.
For apps installed from the App Store: Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for any claim that the app or your use of it infringes a third party’s intellectual property, for product-liability claims, or for claims under consumer-protection law — those are ours to handle. You confirm you are not in a country subject to a US embargo or on a US prohibited-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
For apps installed from Google Play, Google Play’s own terms govern the transaction, and Google is not a party to this agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
We may update these terms. The current version is always at this address with its effective date at the top. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the new version; if you do not, stop using the app and, where you have one, close your account.

Bu koşullar Faay Tech'in yayımladığı bütün uygulamaları kapsar ve uygulamalarımız birbirinin aynısı değil. Bazıları ücretsizdir ve tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır; bazılarında hesap, abonelik ya da reklam vardır. Aşağıdaki bölümler özellik bazlı yazıldı ve ne zaman geçerli olduklarını söyler — hesaplarla ilgili bir bölüm, hesabı olmayan bir uygulama için hiçbir şey ifade etmez.
Buradaki hiçbir madde, yaşadığınız yerde yasadan doğan bir tüketici hakkınızı elinizden almaz. Aşağıdaki bir koşul böyle bir hakla çelişirse hak üstün gelir, koşulların geri kalanı yürürlükte kalır.
Uygulamalarımızdan birini indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın. Uygulamayı bir şirket adına kullanıyorsanız, bu koşulları o şirket adına kabul etmeye yetkili olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.
Gizlilik Politikamız her tür uygulamanın veriyle ne yaptığını açıklar ve bu sözleşmenin parçasıdır.
Bu koşullara uyduğunuz sürece, sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda uygulamayı kullanmak üzere kişisel, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans alırsınız. Uygulamanın kendisi, kodu, tasarımı ve adı üzerindeki mülkiyet bizde kalır.
Uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, satamaz, kiralayamaz veya alt lisanslayamaz; yasanın izin verdiği ölçü dışında tersine mühendislik yapamaz ya da kaynak koda dönüştüremez; içindeki bildirimleri kaldıramaz veya değiştiremez; kodundan rakip bir ürün üretemezsiniz.
Bir uygulamada hesap varsa, hesabınız altında olanlardan ve parolanızı kendinize saklamaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Doğru bilgi verin ve güncel tutun. Başkasının hesabınızı kullandığını düşünüyorsanız bize hemen haber verin. Yaşadığınız yerde sözleşme kurabilecek yaşta olmalısınız; uygulamalarımız 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklar için değildir.
Hesabınızı, bu seçeneğin bulunduğu yerde uygulama içinden ya da bize yazarak istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz. Kapatmak, Gizlilik Politikası'nda anlatıldığı şekilde hesaba bağlı veriyi siler.
Uygulamayı yasayı çiğnemek, başkasının haklarını ihlal etmek ya da hakkınız olmayan içeriği yüklemek için kullanmayın. Erişmemeniz gereken kısımlara erişmeye çalışmayın, hizmeti aksatmayın, toplu veri kazımayın, sınırlarını, satın alma denetimlerini veya hız sınırlarını aşmaya çalışmayın. Kimseyi taklit etmeyin ve bir kişi ya da kurumla ilişkinizi yanlış tanıtmayın.
Bir uygulamada oluşturduğunuz şey sizindir. Üzerinde mülkiyet iddia etmiyoruz.
Bir uygulama içeriği bizim bir servisimiz üzerinden eşitliyor veya yayımlıyorsa, size yalnızca o özelliği çalıştırmak için gereken izni vermiş olursunuz — uygulamanın içeriği size ya da paylaştığınız kişilere geri gösterebilmesi için saklamak, kopyalamak ve iletmek. Bu izin, içeriği veya hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer. Bir şeyi başka kullanıcılara yayımlarsanız izin, yayımda kaldığı sürece devam eder. İçeriğinizi reklam için kullanmayız ve satmayız.
Koyduğunuz içerikten siz sorumlusunuz. Bu koşulları veya yasayı ihlal eden içeriği kaldırabiliriz.
Bazı uygulamalar tamamen ücretsizdir. Bazıları ücretsizdir ve ek özellikleri açan isteğe bağlı bir ücretli kademesi vardır. Hangi özelliklerin ücretsiz, hangilerinin ücretli olduğu satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir ve gelecek sürümler için değişebilir — halihazırda ödemesini yaptığınız bir özelliği elinizden almayız.
Abonelikler bizim tarafımızdan değil, App Store veya Google Play tarafından satılır ve faturalandırılır. Satın almayı onayladığınızda ödeme mağaza hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
Abonelik otomatik yenilenir: mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz aynı fiyattan aynı süre için yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir. İptal etmek bir sonraki yenilemeyi durdurur; ödemesini yaptığınız dönemi kısaltmaz ve o dönem bitene kadar ücretli özellikler sizde kalır.
İptal uygulamadan değil mağazadan yapılır: iOS'ta Ayarlar › adınız › Abonelikler; Android'de Play Store'da Ödemeler ve abonelikler › Abonelikler. Aboneliğinizi sizin adınıza iptal edemeyiz.
Bazı uygulamalar aboneliğin yerine ya da yanında tek seferlik bir satın alma sunar. Bir kez tahsil edilir, yenilenmez ve iptal gerektirmez. Satın alan mağaza hesabına bağlıdır ve o hesapla giriş yapılmış başka bir cihazda geri yüklenebilir.
Böyle bir satın alma süresiz olarak tanımlanıyorsa, bu, o uygulamayı o platformda yayımlayıp desteklediğimiz süre anlamına gelir — herhangi bir uygulamanın sonsuza dek yayımlanacağı taahhüdü değildir. Bir uygulamayı yayından kaldırırsak bunu önceden uygulama içinde bildiririz.
Ücretsiz deneme sunulduğunda mağaza tarafından, hesap başına bir kez verilir ve denemeyi başlattığınız plan için geçerlidir. Deneme bitmeden iptal etmezseniz, başlattığınızda gösterilen fiyattan otomatik olarak ücretli aboneliğe döner. Deneme sırasında iptal etmek hiçbir ücret doğurmaz.
İadeler, parayı tahsil eden mağaza tarafından o mağazanın kendi politikasına göre yürütülür. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: Play Store sipariş geçmişi ya da Google'ın iade talep formu. Mağaza üzerinden yapılan bir satın alma için iadeyi biz gerçekleştiremeyiz; yine de bir aksilik olduysa bize yazın, elimizden geleni yaparız. Yaşadığınız yerde geçerli cayma haklarınız saklıdır.
Gelecekteki satın almalar ve gelecekteki yenilemeler için fiyatları değiştirebiliriz. Halihazırda sahip olduğunuz bir abonelikte, fiyat artışını mağaza size bildirir ve kuralların gerektirdiği yerde yürürlüğe girmeden önce onayınızı ister; onaylamazsanız abonelik yenilenmez. Fiyat değişikliği, ödemesini yaptığınız bir döneme ya da yaptığınız tek seferlik bir satın almaya geriye dönük uygulanmaz.
Bir uygulama bir şeyi kaydetmenize, planlamanıza ya da karar vermenize yardım ediyorsa — para, seyahat, sağlıkla komşu alışkanlıklar, bu tür her şey — o bir araçtır, tavsiye değil. Sizin finansal, hukuki, vergi, tıbbi ya da mesleki danışmanınız değiliz ve bir uygulamanın hesapladığı, öngördüğü veya önerdiği hiçbir şey tavsiye niteliğinde değildir. Bir uygulamanın ürettiği rakamlar tamamen sizin girdiğinize bağlıdır; önemli olan her şeyi harekete geçmeden önce doğrulayın ve karar gerektiriyorsa profesyonel destek alın.
Uygulamalarımızın birkaçı her şeyi cihazınızda tutar ve sunucusu yoktur. Bu uygulamalarda veriniz yalnızca cihazınızın tuttuğu yerde vardır: cihazı kaybederseniz, sıfırlarsanız ya da uygulamayı kaldırırsanız veri de gider ve bizde geri yükleyecek bir kopya yoktur. Bir uygulama yedek dışa aktarabiliyorsa, güvenli bir yerde bir yedek tutmak yerinde olur.
Bir uygulama bizim servisimize ya da sizin kendi depolamanıza eşitleme yapıyorsa makul özeni gösteririz; ancak hiçbir depolama kusursuz değildir ve kaybetmeyi göze alamayacağınız şeylerin kendi kopyanızı yine de tutmalısınız.
Uygulamalarımız kontrolümüzde olmayan servislere dayanır — uygulama mağazaları, platform servisleri ve bazı uygulamalarda başvuru siteleri ya da başka sağlayıcılar. Yaptıkları işe kendi koşulları uygulanır ve onlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bunlardan biri değişir ya da durursa, ona bağlı bir özellik de değişebilir veya durabilir.
Bir uygulamayı güncelleyebilir, bir özelliğin çalışma biçimini değiştirebilir ya da sunmayı bırakabiliriz. Bir uygulamayı tamamen yayından kaldırabiliriz. Önemli olan her şeyi uygulama içinde ya da bu adreste önceden duyurmayı hedefleriz. Bir uygulamanın kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz; işletim sistemi veya bağlı olduğu bir servis değiştiğinde eski bir sürüm çalışmayı bırakabilir.
Uygulamayı silerek ve varsa hesabınızı kapatarak istediğiniz zaman sona erdirebilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ihlal ederseniz, yasa gerektirirse ya da uygulamayı sunmayı bırakırsak erişiminizi askıya alabilir veya sona erdirebiliriz. Siz koşulları ihlal etmediğiniz hâlde erişiminizi sona erdirirsek ve kullanamayacağınız bir dönemin ödemesini yaptıysanız bize yazın.
Sözleşmenin sona ermesi mağazadaki aboneliği iptal etmez — onu mağazadan iptal edin, yoksa faturalandırma sürer.
Uygulamalarımız olduğu gibi ve mevcut hâliyle sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, bir uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız, her saldırıya karşı güvenli ya da sizin belirli bir amacınıza uygun olacağına dair garanti vermiyoruz. Bazı hukuk düzenleri bu tür istisnalara izin vermez; öyle olan yerlerde bu bölüm yalnızca hukuken geçerli olabildiği ölçüde uygulanır ve yasal haklarınız saklıdır.
Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde; dolaylı veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlardan, kâr kaybından, veri kaybından ve kendi yedeğinizi tutarak önleyebileceğiniz zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Sorumlu olduğumuz hâllerde, bir uygulamaya bağlı herhangi bir talepteki toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki on iki ay içinde o uygulama için bize ödediğiniz tutarla, hiç ödeme yapmadıysanız sembolik bir tutarla sınırlıdır.
Buradaki hiçbir madde; ihmalimizden kaynaklanan ölüm veya bedensel zarara, hileye ya da hukuken sınırlanamayacak başka bir hâle ilişkin sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.
Bu sözleşme sizinle Faay Tech arasındadır. Apple veya Google ile değildir ve ikisi de uygulamadan ya da içeriğinden sorumlu değildir.
App Store'dan kurulan uygulamalar için: Apple'ın uygulamaya bakım veya destek sağlama yükümlülüğü yoktur. Uygulama, reddedilemeyecek bir garantiye uymazsa Apple'a bildirebilirsiniz ve Apple satın alma bedelini iade eder; yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde Apple'ın başka bir garanti yükümlülüğü yoktur. Uygulamanın ya da kullanımınızın bir üçüncü tarafın fikrî mülkiyetini ihlal ettiği iddialarından, ürün sorumluluğu taleplerinden ve tüketici koruma mevzuatı kapsamındaki taleplerden Apple sorumlu değildir — bunlar bizim ele alacağımız konulardır. ABD ambargosu uygulanan bir ülkede bulunmadığınızı ve ABD yasaklı taraflar listesinde yer almadığınızı beyan edersiniz. Apple ve bağlı kuruluşları bu sözleşmenin üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve sözleşmeyi size karşı ileri sürebilir.
Google Play'den kurulan uygulamalarda işleme Google Play'in kendi koşulları uygulanır ve Google bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir.
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketici iseniz bu hüküm, yaşadığınız ülkenin emredici tüketici mevzuatının sağladığı korumadan ya da orada dava açma hakkınızdan sizi yoksun bırakmaz.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm, üstünde yürürlük tarihiyle her zaman bu adrestedir. Bir değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek yeni sürümü kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir; kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakın ve varsa hesabınızı kapatın.
